落地車床數控系統常見故障及解決方法
根(gen)據落地(di)車床數控系統的構成,工作原理(li)和特點(dian),結合我們(men)在維修(xiu)中的經驗,將常見的故障部位及故障現象(xiang)分析如下。
(1)位置環
這(zhe)是(shi)數控系統(tong)發出控制指令,并與(yu)位置檢測系統(tong)的(de)(de)反(fan)饋值相(xiang)比(bi)較,進一步完(wan)成(cheng)控制任務的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)環節。它具有很(hen)高的(de)(de)工作頻度,并與(yu)外設(she)相(xiang)聯接(jie),所以容易(yi)發生故障。
常見的故(gu)障(zhang)有:①位控環報(bao)(bao)警:可(ke)能是測(ce)(ce)量(liang)回路開路;測(ce)(ce)量(liang)系統損壞,位控單元(yuan)內部損壞。②不(bu)發(fa)指令就運動(dong),可(ke)能是漂移過高(gao),正反(fan)饋,位控單元(yuan)故(gu)障(zhang);測(ce)(ce)量(liang)元(yuan)件(jian)損壞。③測(ce)(ce)量(liang)元(yuan)件(jian)故(gu)障(zhang),一般表現為(wei)無反(fan)饋值;機床回不(bu)了(le)基準(zhun)點;高(gao)速時漏(lou)脈沖(chong)產生報(bao)(bao)警可(ke)能的原因(yin)是光(guang)柵或讀頭臟了(le);光(guang)柵壞了(le)。
(2)伺服驅動系統
伺服驅動系統(tong)與電源電網(wang),機(ji)械系統(tong)等(deng)相關聯,而且在工作(zuo)中一直(zhi)處于(yu)頻繁的(de)啟動和運行狀(zhuang)態(tai),因(yin)而這(zhe)也是故(gu)障較多(duo)的(de)部分。
其(qi)主要故(gu)(gu)(gu)障有:①系(xi)(xi)統損壞(huai)。一(yi)般(ban)由于(yu)網絡(luo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動太大(da),或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)沖擊(ji)造成(cheng)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)國(guo)大(da)部分(fen)地(di)區電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網質(zhi)量不(bu)好(hao),會(hui)給機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)帶來(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超限,尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)瞬間超限,如無專(zhuan)門的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)監控(kong)儀,則很(hen)難測(ce)到(dao),在查(cha)找故(gu)(gu)(gu)障原因時(shi),要加(jia)以注意(yi),還(huan)有一(yi)些(xie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)特殊原因造成(cheng)的(de)損壞(huai)。如華北某廠(chang)(chang)(chang)由于(yu)雷擊(ji)中(zhong)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站并竄入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網而(er)造成(cheng)多臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)伺服系(xi)(xi)統損壞(huai)。②無控(kong)制(zhi)指令(ling),而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)高速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。這種故(gu)(gu)(gu)障的(de)原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)度環開(kai)環或(huo)正(zheng)反(fan)(fan)饋。如在東(dong)北某廠(chang)(chang)(chang),引進的(de)西德WOTAN公司(si)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子銑床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)在調(diao)試中(zhong),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)X軸在無指令(ling)的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),高速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan),經(jing)分(fen)析我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)認(ren)為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)正(zheng)反(fan)(fan)饋造成(cheng)的(de)。因為(wei)(wei)系(xi)(xi)統零點(dian)漂移,在正(zheng)反(fan)(fan)饋情(qing)況下(xia),就會(hui)迅(xun)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)累加(jia)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在高速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)下(xia)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan),而(er)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)按標(biao)簽(qian)檢(jian)查(cha)線(xian)路后完全正(zheng)確,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員認(ren)為(wei)(wei)不(bu)可能接(jie)(jie)錯,在充(chong)分(fen)分(fen)析與(yu)檢(jian)測(ce)后我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)將反(fan)(fan)饋線(xian)反(fan)(fan)接(jie)(jie),結果機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)正(zheng)常。機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員不(bu)得不(bu)承認(ren)德方(fang)工(gong)作失誤。還(huan)有一(yi)例子,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)在天津某廠(chang)(chang)(chang)培訓講學時(shi),應廠(chang)(chang)(chang)方(fang)要求(qiu)對他們(men)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)一(yi)臺(tai)自進廠(chang)(chang)(chang)后一(yi)直無法正(zheng)常工(gong)作的(de)精密磨床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)進行維修,其(qi)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障是(shi)(shi)(shi):機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)一(yi)啟動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)就運轉(zhuan)(zhuan),而(er)且越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)快,直至最高轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)分(fen)析認(ren)為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)度環開(kai)路,系(xi)(xi)統漂移無法抑制(zhi)造成(cheng)。經(jing)檢(jian)查(cha)其(qi)原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)度反(fan)(fan)饋線(xian)接(jie)(jie)到(dao)了地(di)線(xian)上造成(cheng)。③加(jia)工(gong)時(shi)工(gong)件表面(mian)達(da)不(bu)到(dao)要求(qiu),走圓弧插補軸換(huan)向時(shi)出現(xian)凸臺(tai),或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)低速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)爬行或(huo)振(zhen)動,這類(lei)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)伺服系(xi)(xi)統調(diao)整不(bu)當,各軸增益系(xi)(xi)統不(bu)相等或(huo)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)匹配不(bu)合適(shi)引起,解決辦法是(shi)(shi)(shi)進行最佳化(hua)調(diao)節。④保險(xian)燒斷,或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)過熱,以至燒壞(huai),這類(lei)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)(shi)(shi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械負(fu)載過大(da)或(huo)卡死。
(3)電源部分
電源(yuan)是維(wei)持系(xi)統(tong)(tong)正常工作(zuo)的(de)(de)能源(yuan)支持部(bu)分(fen),它失效或(huo)故障的(de)(de)直接結果(guo)是造成(cheng)(cheng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)停機(ji)或(huo)毀壞(huai)整個系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。一(yi)般(ban)在歐美國家,這(zhe)(zhe)類問題比較少,在設(she)計上(shang)這(zhe)(zhe)方面的(de)(de)因素考慮的(de)(de)不(bu)多,但在中(zhong)國由于電源(yuan)波(bo)動(dong)較大,質量差,還隱(yin)藏有如(ru)高頻脈沖這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)類的(de)(de)干(gan)擾,加上(shang)人(ren)為的(de)(de)因素(如(ru)突(tu)然拉閘(zha)斷電等(deng))。這(zhe)(zhe)些原因可造成(cheng)(cheng)電源(yuan)故障監(jian)控或(huo)損壞(huai)。另外,數(shu)(shu)控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)部(bu)分(fen)運行(xing)(xing)數(shu)(shu)據,設(she)定數(shu)(shu)據以(yi)及(ji)加工程(cheng)序(xu)等(deng)一(yi)般(ban)存(cun)貯在RAM存(cun)貯器內,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)斷電后,靠電源(yuan)的(de)(de)后備蓄電池(chi)(chi)或(huo)鋰電池(chi)(chi)來(lai)保持。因而(er),停機(ji)時(shi)間比較長,拔插電源(yuan)或(huo)存(cun)貯器都可能造成(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu)據丟失,使系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)能運行(xing)(xing)。
(4)可編程(cheng)序控制器邏(luo)輯接口
數控(kong)系(xi)統的(de)邏輯控(kong)制,如刀(dao)庫管理,液壓啟動等,主(zhu)要由PLC來實現,要完成這(zhe)些控(kong)制就(jiu)必(bi)須采集各控(kong)制點的(de)狀態信息,如斷電器,伺(si)服閥,指示燈等。因而(er)它與外(wai)界種類(lei)繁多的(de)各種信號源和執行元件(jian)相連(lian)接(jie),變化(hua)(hua)頻繁,所以發生(sheng)故障的(de)可(ke)能性(xing)就(jiu)比較(jiao)多,而(er)且故障類(lei)型亦千(qian)變萬化(hua)(hua)。
(5)其他
由于環境(jing)條件(jian),如(ru)干擾,溫(wen)度,濕(shi)度超(chao)過允許(xu)范圍,操作(zuo)不(bu)當,參數設(she)定不(bu)當,亦可能造成(cheng)停(ting)機(ji)或(huo)故(gu)障。有(you)一工廠的(de)數控(kong)(kong)設(she)備,開機(ji)后(hou)不(bu)久(jiu)便(bian)失去(qu)數控(kong)(kong)準備好信號,系(xi)統(tong)無(wu)法工作(zuo),經檢查(cha)發現機(ji)體溫(wen)度很高,原因是通氣過濾網(wang)已(yi)堵死,引起溫(wen)度傳感器動(dong)作(zuo),更換濾網(wang)后(hou),系(xi)統(tong)正常(chang)工作(zuo)。不(bu)按(an)操作(zuo)規程拔(ba)插線路(lu)板,或(huo)無(wu)靜電(dian)防護措施等,都可能造成(cheng)停(ting)機(ji)故(gu)障甚至(zhi)毀壞系(xi)統(tong)。
一般在數控系統的設計、使用和維修中,必須考慮對經常出現故障的部位給予報警,報警電路工作后,一方面在屏幕或操作面板上給出報警信息,另一方面發出保護性中斷指令,使系統停止工作,以便查清故障和進行維修。
